Why not stay in beautiful Nanaimo for less than half the price.
BC Cloud 9 is minutes away from the ferry to Horseshoe Bay.
If you are looking to attend the snowboard events then it is an easy quick drive or bus ride from Horseshoe Bay.
To get to Whistler and the Alpine events, you take the Sea to Sky Highway which starts in Horseshoe Bay, the Greyhound bus from Vancouver to Whistler will pick you up in Horseshoe Bay.
Getting to the events in the downtown Vancouver area (BC Place etc.) is simple with Vancouver Transit.
