You will find this vacation home in one of the most prestigious areas of Nanaimo. When this house was built in 2002 only the best of materials and craftmenship were used.
You will have 1940 square feet of living space, high ceilings, hardwood floors, fireplaces, gorgeous kitchen and a grand beautiful master bedroom with a fireplace and ensuite with soaker tub. Two car garage plus a driveway for another 2 cars. A luxurious spa and hair salon are down the street.
All of this close to the ocean, Piper's Lagoon, Neck Point, Shack Island, several beaches, downtown and the harbour with the ferry, floatplanes, sailing boats, boutiques and galleries.
A Perfect Central Mid-Island Location
Nanaimo offers it all : golfing, fishing, sailing, swimming, kayaking, shopping and many many restaurants, theatre, music in the park, and year round festivals. Not to forget our magnificient waterfront seawall and downtown boutique harbour area.

* All rates are based on occupancy of up to 4 people. Charges for additional guests (to a maximum of six guests in total) are detailed above.
* If you arrive or depart on a public holiday a $50 housekeeping surcharge will be applied.
* Housekeeping is available each week upon request, at an additional charge.
* This is a NON-SMOKING residence.
